At Just Home Care Packages, we are passionate about improving your quality of life and we are confident that myCare will help do that.

myCare is an innovative new in-home tool aimed at helping clients’ care and service providers stay better connected with their Care Plan. 

As the approved Home Care Provider it’s essential that Just Home Care Packages take steps to ensure clients receive quality, appropriate care with enhanced security.

How does mycare help you?

Real Time Access.

It provides you with real time access to your most up to date Care Plan. Your Care Plan is your most important Home Care Package document. It covers the services you will be able to receive through your Home Care Package, the frequency of these services and what you’re aiming to achieve. By having this accessible, it will help ensure the services you receive align to your goals, needs and preferences.

Personalised Care.

Ensuring the suppliers delivering your care and services are providing them in line with your specific care needs. Your suppliers and Service Providers will use myCare to review your Care Plan prior to delivering your care and services.

Enhanced Security.

Your myCare is only accessible by scanning you QR code, so keep it in a safe place and only provide it to those that require access to it e.g, your Support Workers and Service Providers.

Easy Communication.

Quick and easy channel to report health and safety incidents and concerns. Your safety is our priority therefore having myCare allows both you and your Support Worker to feel safe and reassures your safety 24/7.

Here’s how it works.

STEP 1

QR Code.

You will receive your myCare QR code. Store this in a secure location that is still easy to access and share with Providers as needed.

STEP 2

On Arrival.

On arrival your care or service provider simply scans the QR code with their mobile phone camera. A link will take them to a site where they will be prompted to enter their contact details.

STEP 3

Your Pin.

They will be sent a verification PIN via SMS. Once entered they will have access to view your Care Plan, complete safety assessments and/or report incidents.

STEP 4

Log Off.

Once your care or service provider is finished, they will log-off from their shift via the myCare tool, adding any notes to share back with your Care Manager.
